# Disclaimer

This litepaper describes the current product, technical and economic direction of MetaFishtank.

It is not investment advice, a prospectus, a promise of returns or a guarantee that every proposed feature, integration, standard, allocation, timeline or economic parameter will be implemented exactly as described.

Technical architecture may change following:

* security review;
* performance testing;
* smart-contract audits;
* changes in BNB Chain or EVM standards;
* legal and regulatory review;
* third-party integration requirements;
* product-market feedback.

References to tokens, incentives, buybacks, burns, vesting, rewards or governance describe proposed protocol mechanisms and may be modified before launch.

Public Beta points, rankings, achievements, provenance or eligibility signals do not constitute a guarantee of future token allocation.

References to emerging standards such as BAP-578 describe optional compatibility targets and should not be interpreted as dependence on a finalized specification.

Users and developers are responsible for evaluating smart-contract, market, legal, operational and third-party risks before interacting with any production deployment.

**Participation risk:** Crypto asset prices are highly volatile. MetaFishtank does not promise any token price, U.S. dollar return or fixed annual yield. Fish returns and rewards are counted in $MFT, and rewards vary with participation. Early withdrawal from staking forfeits current rewards and incurs a penalty. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose. This litepaper does not contain any token sale terms.

This litepaper is a condensed version of the [MetaFishtank Whitepaper V3.3](https://metaconsensusdynamicspteltd.notion.site/MetaFishtank-Whitepaper-V3-3-3be892dc898e81c1bd18fcd36bda9eb2). In case of any difference, the full whitepaper prevails.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://metafishtank.gitbook.io/metafishtank-docs/disclaimer.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
